Human Resource & General Affairs Manager

Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

  • Monitor employment data within the company in order to ensure efficient staff levels
  • Keep updated with latest tax and labor laws & regulation, implement these changes into company structure in efficient manners
  • In-charge of overall organization development, training (external & internal), remuneration, and recruitment programs
  • Develop and implement customized HR improvement policies & procedures that support and best suited for business needs
  • Review and define resource management solutions through the development of programs, processes and practices to attract and recruit suitably qualified people on a timely and cost effective basis.
  • Work with each business unit managers to drive a high performance culture thru the performance review process, ensuring that managers understand the objective & purpose, their roles and how to conduct an effective resource management
  • Extensive experience in handling industrial relation and dispute labor, in compliance with updated Indonesian labor laws and implementation decrees
  • Knowledgeable in handling corporate structure and legal issues
  • Facilitate efficient HR operation including data accuracy on HR systems and generating timely and accurate reporting to Management.
  • Handle overall general office supplies and facilities management
  • Provide effective communications to all levels to drive performance and control

 

Requirement:

  • Good university degree in Law, Business Management or Psychology
  • HR Management consulting or MNC working experience is preferred
  • Min. 7 years experience as HR manager. General Affairs & Office Management background is a must.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High integrity, strong communications and negotiation skills
  • Solid track record on contribution to company and Management
