Human Resource Officer
Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
 
Human Resources and Personnel Administration
  • General knowledge in standard office procedures for coordination of recruitment activities, shortlist suitable candidates, personnel matters & employee relations, HR administration and personnel information systems.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR policies and regulations regarding compensation and benefits as well as remuneration package.
  • Preparing job description and liaising with newspaper or online job portal for job postings.
  • Capable of identifying potential candidates and manage the entire recruitment process, including evaluating candidates for final review / selection to the management.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth transition and continual satisfaction with the selection in order to successfully close assigned positions.
  • Conduct reference check and HR verification.
  • Conduct and coordinate new staff orientation.
  • Manage personnel matters i.e. employment agreement, Jamsostek, medical insurance, payroll/overtime, absenteeism, etc
  • Maintain personnel databases and records including current and new employees.
  • Strong writing skills for all HR Letters (including appointment letter, staff personal files, reject, and offer letter) & Corporate Letters.
  • Strong filing & documentation skills for all HRD documents

 

  • Knowledge of payroll system flow and detail feature of payroll system.
  • Prepare personnel’s payroll income tax report article 21 (PPh 21), Withholding tax report article 23 (PPh 23), PPN, Jamsostek, Insurance, PHK or other ad-hoc equivalents.
  • Prepare and calculate overtime report (monthly) from all departments and HR reimbursement report (business travel, medical, transportation, etc) to support company’s budget effectiveness.
Law and Regulations
  • Having extensive knowledge of Indonesian Labor Regulations and its implementation.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of the tax laws and taxation concepts and the ability to identify technical issues and discuss them clearly and concisely to the staffs, or others.
  • Possesses the ability to carry out tax research on technical issues with minimum guidance by reference to technical literature and checking with appropriate authorities.
  • Inform and update staffs on any new tax laws and regulations implemented by government through reading external materials (via News or Indonesian Legal Information)

 

  • Proven track record as a contributory member to senior management team with the ability to work alongside with coworkers.
  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Accountancy / Taxation / Law from reputable university.
  • Minimum GPA: 3.00 (scale 4.00).
  • Possess Tax Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in human resource management and in area of payroll & tax system.
  • Must be familiar with the Law Republic of Indonesia on Manpower (Undang-Undang tentang Ketenagakerjaan) and Payroll scheme.
  • Tax knowledge: PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, Jamsostek, Insurance, PHK or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian language (both oral and written).
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
  • Excellent communication, detail-oriented, organized, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, taking initiation at work, and provide accuracy work.
  • Able to handle other ad-hoc job requests / projects as may be assigned.
