Marketing Manager

Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

  • Establish and implement of marketing strategy, plans and programs consistent with short term and long term business objective and goals.
  • Manage overall marketing activities, including coal trading, shipping, export import and mining operation.
  • Organize effective working strategies with local coal mine producers, shipping agents and buyers, including prospecting, dealing, negotiating contracts, establishing pricing, shipping realization and commercial politics to achieve profitability targets.
  • Interacts with external and internal clients on all levels to strengthen profitable relationships.
  • Effectively communicate and prepare presentation materials to Management
  • Manages the process of innovative change effectively.
  • Willing to travel to Sumatera, and Kalimantan

 

Requirements :

  • Good university degree in marketing/engineering
  • Possess wide channels for direct and indirect coal buyers in domestic and export market is a must
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in coal trading, mining, or shipping industries
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin is a plus
  • High integrity, good personality, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel to Kalimantan and Sumatera
