Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

• Possess project management skills to plan, design, supervision and preparation of site development for construction procedures, logistics, scheduling of activities, tools and methods of monitoring and control
• Identify project requirements and constraints
• Calculate project cost in the most practical and economical way.
• Develop audit checks and inspection practices to ensure effective and satisfactory progress towards completion of projects.
• Organized all engineering documents, designs, and drawings.
• Comply to company standards in environment, safety, business ethics and corporate governance
• Lead a team of engineers to provide technical and management support in meeting company’s goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. Min. 3.00/4.00
• Min. 2-3 years of relevant working experience in design and constructions of bridges/roads/rail/buildings.
• Experience in building oil palm mills is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft office, and software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, MS Project, Civil 3D
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• High integrity, good personality, and excellent interpersonal skills
