Scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
Manage and verify all data and field estate information related to oil palm activities into centralized agronomy database with accuracy and timeliness.
Implement agronomy policy development to maximize highest yield and lowest possible cost.
Adopt quality standards on sustainable practices for benchmarking and monitoring.
Perform detail agronomy audit processes in plantation field to investigate and analyze issues.
Support the implementation of RSPO requirements in plantation estates.
Check agronomy data and statistic for all oil palm activities in the field, and compare the data between budget and actual realized application. E.g. fertilization, road construction, nursery.
Willing to travel for field work for extended period of time.
Position is based in Jakarta.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree (S1) in Agricultural Science – Sarjana Pertanian.
Min. 3 yrs of relevant experience. Oil palm plantation experience is a must.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
Working knowledge in OMP (Oil Palm Management Program) database.
Fluent in English and Indonesian language (both oral and written).
Detail-oriented, organized, and professional.
High integrity, good personality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven track record as a contributory member and demonstrate teamwork.
